Travel Blogging All Around The World
I’ve been fortunate enough to have taken exclusive trips to Disney numerous times, as well as over a dozen cruises, trips to China, the Amalfi Coast, and everywhere in between. This was the greatest gift I gave my children, and it came through writing this silly little blog.

Frequently Asked Questions
How did you get started? I began my career as a business consultant at Accenture. 9/11 happened and changed the trajectory of my life. I quit, became a computer teacher at a Catholic school for a few years until I had my first child, and somehow stumbled into this career. None of it makes sense.
How long have you been blogging? I started in 2005 with a website called “I’m Not Obsessed.” It was a celebrity gossip site and focused on Hollywood and pop culture news. In 2009, I started Lady and the Blog, which focused more on my personal life, and never looked back!
Is this your full-time job? Yes, I became the sole income provider in 2007 while my husband proudly wore the stay-at-home dad hat for almost 15 years. However, a few years ago, we purchased a commercial building, and our lives have undergone significant changes since then. Now, our income is split between real estate and online content creation.
So, I wouldn’t say this is my full-time job any longer. I’d say it’s more of a passion project that I earn a living from these days. I used to work 60-hour weeks before the COVID pandemic. Now, I sort of go where the wind takes me.
Where did you adopt your dog from? Tucker was adopted from the North Shore Animal League.
What do you like to do during your downtime? I enjoy watching horror movies, playing online mini-games, listening to music obsessively, and traveling.
Do you run other sites? I used to have a paranormal website, but have since shut it down. I decided that I no longer want to run myself ragged and to the ground. Now, I just focus primarily on social media.
How do you make a living? This is a question we’re asked frequently, and it’s one that we understand completely. Brands pay us to promote their products, much like commercials or advertisements. We receive ad money based on the number of page views we receive each month. We also generate revenue based on the number of views we receive on our TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook accounts.
Another small way we generate income is through affiliate marketing, which involves linking to products on Amazon or LTK.
Do you have an agent? I’ve had two! It’s not for me.
