Hanes Introduces ComfortFlex Fit To Mommy Bloggers

Earlier in the year, I was invited to be part of the Hanes Comfort Crew, a group of bloggers that work directly with the company to talk about best practices in the social media markets. We get sneak peeks to upcoming product launches and releases before they are sent out to the public. I have nothing but KIND WORDS to say about the team. I mean… one intelligent and friendly member after the next.

Well, during the BlogHer conference we were asked to invite several of our friends for an intimate party to celebrate the launch of the ComfortFlex Bra. No more cup sizes and under-wire. Yes, you heard me correctly!

We each got fitted and then took home a few different colors to try out. Needless to say, I wore mine the very next day. I was really happy with the feel.

Extreme Makeovers cast member Michael Moloney was on hand to talk about de-cluttering our underwear draws. Admittedly, I needed that pep talk. My draws are more like jack-in-the-boxes. You open it up and stuff comes flying towards your face. It’s bad. It’s real bad.

Throw away the mismatched socks and all items with holes in them. Makes perfect sense right?! When was the last time you actually DID THAT THOUGH!!! I can’t remember.

This weekend I plan on cleaning up SHOP and making room for my new finds. Right now you can buy 2 bras for $20 on Hanes.com. Not a bad deal!!  You can barely get ONE bra for that price in places where I normally shop for underwear.

Look at the expression on the face of the woman measuring Audrey - LOL! I am dying to know what she is thinking!

Okay Vera, don't tell me this about no underwire and no cup sizes....I JUST measured myself properly and had 4 primo (read: expensive) bras delivered by Nordstrom. We're talking about Oprah's favorite bras here...I am sick and tired of being uncomfortable ALL the time!

Sigh! I guess I'll have to check out this new bra too... :(

When I turned 30, I threw out all the underwear I didn't actually wear anymore. It was a turning point. I try to go through all my drawers every season now. It's amazing the stuff that stays in drawers and closets but I never actually feel like wearing.
