Pressure Cooker Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages of shredded cheese I chose 2 cheddar but you can swap one out for mozzarella
  • 1 box of elbow or cavatelli pasta
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of milk I used 1% - use whatever you have
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

Directions:

  • STEP 1
  • Select BROWN on your machine and melt the butter. Then toss the uncooked pasta in and coat. Add the water and salt and close your top. Set pressure to 40 and cook for 6 minutes.
  • Release steam and open cooker up.
  • Now add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Close the release steam button again and set the pressure to 40 and the cooking time for 2 minutes. When that's finished, release steam again, open up top and stir.
