Easy Overnight Oats Recipe - Apple Pie Flavor

  • 1 cup oats certified gluten free oats may be used if necessary
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon


  • 1 small apple diced
  • ¼ cup pecans chopped
  • Extra cinnamon for sprinkling



  • Place oats in a 16 oz glass mason jar.
  • Add the milk, maple syrup, applesauce and cinnamon.
  • Screw the lid on the jar and give it a shake. Place the jar in the refrigerator overnight.
  • When ready to eat the next day, give the jar a shake again to allow all of the ingredients to blend. Remove the lid and place chopped apples and pecans on top. Sprinkle on a little extra cinnamon if desired. May be enjoyed cold or warm.


Notes: Overnight oats may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before consuming.
