If you are someone who loves to get a good workout in the morning, but is constantly on the road due to work commitments, I have a few great items that I’d like to share with you for your next business trip.
In the month of April alone, I had 5 separate flights scheduled and hardly made it to the gym. Completely absent in fact! Guess what? My gym CALLED my house to see where I was! HA! Gotta love that. So believe me… I appreciate these workout items and tested the majority of them for this review.
The Booty Belt: Kate Hudson swears by the Booty Belt and the results are quite obvious. How do I know? Because I cyber stalk her! I wanted to give the Booty Belt a try and I can tell you – FIRST HAND – that this workout is serious! I can’t wait to see what results I clock in by the summertime.
Check out this video to see how to use the Booty Belt. It might LOOK easy but I can assure you that it is NOT. You are getting a full workout and your gluts will thank you in the morning.
Foam Roller are typically used to relieve pain after a workout but you can also use them to help increase your flexibility and work on strength training while on the road. Check out the below video for a great workout routine.
Glide Discs are frequently used in my gym and I LOVE them. If you don’t have any at home, you can actually use old t shirts or towels. Anything that will easily slide across your floor will work! Carrie Underwood was the first person I ever saw do something like this online (remember, I’m new to working out). I just LOVED that she posted this video on her Instagram account. I had to fish a little to find it – but I did! Take a look:
Resistant Bands are not my favorite thing for my arms. Not going to lie. I ALWAYS struggle using them… like in an embarassing way. But I keep trying! These are the lightest option of the bunch. I found 20 exercise ideas for your to consider below:
The Pilates Toning Ring is the only item on the list I haven’t tried to be honest with you, but I can get the idea. Can you do these exercises without the ring? Maybe. But does the ring help you out with your form and keep you moving forward with the right movements? Yes.

AFoldable Yoga Matis truly a wonderful thing to travel with. You can do yoga everywhere / anywhere and any TIME of the day. Peace, love, and happiness! At the bare minimum, you should start out with a great morning stretch while you are away from home. That will help start your day on the right foot.
