Travel Tip Tuesday: Don’t Forget The Snacks

Goldfish1

One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made over the years is not being prepared in the snack department while on vacation with my children. When you are away, snacking can really ADD UP. Instead of paying for overpriced goodies at airport terminals and popular destinations, hit up your grocery store and stock up on nonperishable goods before hitting the road. My favorite type of snack is one that is individually wrapped and ready to roll. I’m all about the easy way out when I’m traveling.

Goldfish and 100 calorie packs seem to work best. Pack enough to get you through to the end of the vacation and save big on miscellaneous expenses.
