As you know, I really struggle with skin issues. I am super sensitive and am allergy prone. That means I have to be very careful about what I put ON my body and what I put IN my body. Yes, food affects my skin. Big time.
I have learned over the years that the less fluff and smokescreens a product has… the better. I need lotions and potions with natural ingredients and I need to use them often. My beauty regime must be kept up otherwise I am prone to breakouts and dry, irritated skin.
