Super Bowl Survivor Tips


Are you throwing a Super Bowl Party this year? Think smart when putting together your appetizer list. Here are some great choices from Weight Watchers:

  • grilled chicken sandwiches
  • fruit cups
  • a veggie tray
  • shrimp with cocktail sauce,
  • baked chips
  • light beer
  • fat-free pretzels
  • turkey brats
  • bags of low-fat microwavable popcorn

Of course you have to have the chicken wings and gooey cheese nachos. I’m not saying to go completely healthy on Football lovers’ biggest party of the year. But have healthy alternatives for those who are looking to stay on their diets.
