Pressure Cooker Rice Pudding Using My Ninja Foodi – In Just Five Minutes!

I want to note that if you like to add raisins to your rice pudding, feel free to add them in. I personally do not prefer that flavor profile. However, if you do like that combo, add them in with the uncooked rice.

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon – more for topping
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • Optional – 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make Pressure Cooker Rice Pudding

In your Ninja Foodi or pressure cooker of your choice, combine your rice, milk, heavy cream, sugar, water, cinnamon, and salt. If you do not have heavy cream, you can just substitute for more milk. Combine.

Close the lid. Pressure cook the mixture for 5 minutes. When finished, release your steam and set your saute on.

Add in your butter. Mix until butter is melted and then turn off your machine.

If you feel like you need to add more sugar or cinnamon – do so here. It will melt because the mixture is so hot. But personally, I think it is pretty sweet. Serve and enjoy!!
