Momtrends held their Holiday Soiree at the Roberta Freymann store in NYC. That was not a good idea because I wanted to buy every piece of jewelry in the store. Luckily, attendees got a 20% discount on everything in the store or else I would have gone broke. Besides Roberta Freymann, attendees got a chance to meet with several other brands that can help with the holidays. Read on to see the one thing that I now I cannot live without.
Anna Codorniu revealed a new white exterior for their holiday wines. Nicole from Momtrends had the wonderful idea of writing notes to the giftee in a Sharpee on the bottle. Another idea is to wrap the bottle with gift paper. They did a demonstration on how to wrap a bottle nicely. The key? Slash the bottom paper and fold inwards. Genius!
The Glam Squad was on hand to show us an easy hairstyle for the holidays. The Glam Squad comes to your home to meet your beauty needs, like hairstyles and blowouts. They cover Manhattan and Brooklyn. It’s the perfect thing to do if you don’t have time to go to the salon.
Santa from Fruit Of The Loom was there!
Roberta Freymann has a beautiful boutique store in Manhattan. She takes frequent trips to India where everything in her store is made by local artisans. She focuses on empowering the local community in India and really honors their craft. I LOVED that. You can literally do all your holiday shopping here.
So maybe it’s because I don’t have any kids but where has Welch’s Frozen Fruit been all my life?? Welch’s and TLC partnered to create a line of frozen fruit. I love that it comes in the form of icees. Yup, that snack that is a major part of every child’s childhood is now made with real fruit and no added sugar. It’s only 50-70 calories per serving. I’ve been eating these despite the freezing cold outside. I’m addicted and I’m not ashamed of it. What a great way to get kids to drink better liquids!
