Jill Stuart debuted her Spring 2011 collection to a large crowd of fashionistas and celebrities at New York Fashion Week, and the response was glowing with glee. Though the collection consisted mostly of black, white, and beige tones, the designs were so unique and intricate that the absence of bright colors was of no concern to the audience. Every detail exuded sophistication and charm with stellar simplicity.
The inspired collection is well suited for a night out on the town, emitting the utmost of class and style. The line is wearable for anyone looking to dress to impress, whether it be for a special occasion or even just to look fabulous at the office. Its versatility is what makes Jill Stuart’s attire so marvelous. I couldn’t find a single outfit that I wouldn’t want to sport myself. This line will have no trouble making its way into the mainstream market.
Aside from my own appreciation for the collection, celebrities such as Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, Kristin Cavallari, and Jessica Szhor seemed to be about as ecstatic about the line as I was. Don’t be surprised if you see these stylish ladies sporting the clean, polished looks from Jill Stuart very soon. This was without a doubt, one successful runway show.
