Grain Foods Foundation Teams Up With Teri Hatcher

Did you know that nearly one in four American children struggle with hunger? These are mind-blowing statistics, considering that there are subsidized food programs available such as Food Stamps.

Likely, the nonprofit Grain Foods Foundation has teamed up with TV’s favorite housewife, Teri Hatcher and Share Our Strength to launch the 2011 Bread Art Project whose goal is to end childhood hunger in America by 2015.

Couple of bloggers, including LATB, were invited to hang out with Teri as she spoke about her involvement in the project. Teri showed off her previous works, drew a new one, and challenged us to “outart her art.” Not only were we having fun, but we were also ending hunger- one drawing at a time.

You can help fight childhood hunger by visiting to create a personalized piece of bread art – at no cost – by uploading a favorite drawing or photo, or designing a new one using a digital slice of bread as the canvas. For each piece of approved bread art created from April 1 through June 30, 2011, the Grain Foods Foundation will donate $1 to Share Our Strength.

  2. Just purchased my starter kit last week. I really like it!

We smoked an everyday cig’ yesterday and it was terrible. The Green Smoke cigarettes Cig’ is so thoroughly clean that with the particular tobacco cig’ I really could taste the nasty paper and all the additional gross stuff I was inhaling before, and that i can tell a HUGE difference of how my lungs feel…my partner and i even just feel happier about myself! I believe that will be my personal last normal cig’.
    What a great product. ; P
