I Even Funnier: James Patterson’s Newest Book For Kids Is A Hit In This House #IEvenFunnier

IEvenFunnierHC

Here’s a full confession. I have a daughter that doesn’t really like to read. Every now and then we hit it BIG and come across a series that she enjoys. But more times than not… it’s  a bit of a battle. I Even Funnier – a #1 New York Times bestselling series for kids by James Patterson – is a home run. We’ve found a MATCH PEOPLE!! Natalie is finding the story amusing and I am having no trouble getting her to sit down for her allotted 40 minutes of homework reading a night.

We made a little video about the book for you to check out. I’m a little biased because the series takes place in NY. What can I say? At least I’m honest. LOL.

Here’s the Synopsis:

Middle Schooler Jamie Grimm has big dreams of being a stand-up comic and he’s not about to let anything get in his way of making his dreams come true! In this second book in the series, Jamie is off to the state finals in the Planet’s Funniest Kid Comic Contest, but there’s another kid who thinks he’s a million times funnier than Jamie…who will win?

Filled with hilarious jokes and plenty of heart, this is the perfect book for boys and girls (psst…even those who don’t like to read!)
