Ingredients: 

  • 1 brick, 8 oz, cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons real mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and divided
  • 5 fresh jalapeno peppers, stems removed, seeded, and diced

How to Make This Delicious Dip

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a small baking dish.

Add cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise together in a mixing bowl and beat well with a hand mixer or food processor until smooth. Add salt and pepper and half a cup of shredded cheese. Chop 4 slices of bacon and add to the mixture, fold in peppers.

Spoon into prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Chop up the remaining 2 slices of bacon and sprinkle on top of the dip. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and the cheese is melted.
