I follow Brooke Burke on Twitter and she recently shared a picture of her family eating dinner together as well as a healthy recipe for ‘Baked Kale‘. I’m a slave to chips, so this is something I definitely have to try out!
If you are missing those crunchy chips – try Baked Kale. It tastes way better than it sounds, trust me!
- Lay kale out on a baking sheet, spray with olive oil spray, salt to taste.
- Cook on low broil for 10 minutes or until crunchy. Depending on your oven, you may want to lower the rack to prevent burning.
This light healthy snack can take the place of chips and other crunchy fried foods.
