It can be really hard to keep up with all the latest must haves that end up on your favorite retailers shelves and this year Hasbro isn’t going to make it easy for us. With so many choices, this year the company is introducing some really fun, innovative and down-right cool & trendy new toys and games that kids of all ages are going to love! As part of the 2015 Toy Fair at The Jacob Javitts Center, media and digital influencers were invited to the Time Warner building for a private tour of the latest products from some of their signature brands and wrapped up the night at a cute soiree to celebrate Monopoly’s 80th birthday!

- The classic board game Monopoly which is filled with excitement and strategy is taking fans on a trip down memory lane with a vintage inspired game board, cards and tokens that are iconic to each decade. Game players will love that this version includes old school wooden houses and hotels like those featured back in the 1930’s. $19.99
- Who can resist the cute, huggable, red-furry friend Elmo? Little ones will have a blast with the new Play All Day Elmo that’s perfect for ages 18 months- 4 years old. Featuring 15o phrases and games like “Red Light, Green Light” and “Freeze Dance” kids won’t stop laughing and will have endless hours of fun. $59.99
- The latest film in the prehistoric series “Jurassic World” is set to hit theaters in June 2015 and dino lovers everywhere are going to want to get their claws on the new line-up of toys (figures, plush and play-sets) based on the film. Keep an eye out for the Indominus Rex toys that are sure to be really popular as it’s a new vicious dinosaur created from a science experiment gone wrong.
- Hasbro and Disney have collaborated on The Disney Descendants line (based on the Disney Channels, comedy-live action, original movie) that’s sure to be appealing to tweens who, although may be to cool for school, love fashion, accessories and dressing up their dolls. Based on classic characters like Maleficent, Sleeping Beauty, Cruella Devil and Sleeping beauty, kids will love dreaming up enchanting stories using these toys that are great for themed role-playing. Join actress and singer Demi Lavato as she gets active and has fun while encouraging kids of all ages to play. The new “Twister Moves” line let’s player track their skips, hoops and moves while trying to beat their best scores. Players can show off their favorite dance moves with the electronic game Twister Moves Hip Hop Spots by matching their feet to the beat and flashing colors on the spots to score.
Enjoy game night with updated versions of Monopoly, Life, Trouble and Operation, test your super hero strength with Thor’s Power Hammer Game and go head to head in combat to defeat enemies in Magic: The Gathering Arena of the PlANESWALKERS, a magical game of strategy that allows players to cast spells and summon creatures.
All the ladies couldn’t help but lust over the $1500 Coach themed monopoly, that had the iconic C’s printed on the money and well known Coach symbols like the lock and tag as tokens.
In partnership with Buzzfeed, Hasbro asked Monopoly fans around the world to vote for their favorite U.S cities. The top 22 cities were chosen as property spaces on the board and 28 others can be found in the chance cards. Players choose an iconic landmark token and race across the board to as many cities as possible. The player with the most stamps collected on their passport wins! $19.99
