eBay Work Flow: What I’m Doing To Save Some Time

eBay work flow is a key part of selling. Let’s be honest, eBay can be a bit time-consuming if you don’t have a process set up. You need a workflow that works for your life and for your office. I’m in a small room with limited space to room around. I wish that my husband would convert my garage to eBay central for me. That way I could go from station to station – photographing, packing and shipping. But that’s not reality! And I’m sure you can say the same thing. You have to deal with what you have and I have a jam-packed room filled with stuff I am trying to sell.

UGGGHHHHH

eBay Work Flow – Streamlining the Process

SO, that just means that I have to streamline my process. I’ve been looking at everything and figuring out where I can shave off time and effort and I came up with a few tips that I’d like to share with you.

The video above has all of my tips on my eBay workflow, but here are some bullets to get you thinking:

  • Set up a dedicated photography station.
  • Create a system where you bag items as soon as you photograph them
  • Itemize each of your items and store them in bins with like items
  • List about 10 items a day – or however many you need
  • Create a supplies basket and keep everything together
  • … and more

Do you have any eBay workflow tips that you’d like to share? Would love to hear! If you’d to follow along with my eBay journey, be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel for frequent updates. I don’t want to say I update once a day… but it’s pretty close to it!
