Chug Mixer Bottle Is Your New Gym Companion

I did it. I joined a gym and got a personal trainer! It’s been 21 months since I gave birth and I’m finally re-committing to working out. I’ll be the first to tell you that I hate working out. The only thing I like about it is how I feel after and how it makes my body look. Oh, and I also love shopping for new gym gear. My trainer, Anthony, is amazing. He gave me the full low-down on not just working out, but also how to maintain my nutrition to see the results I want. One of the things I went hunting for, in this new quest to be healthy, is a mixer bottle. I reviewed the Zak Chug Mixer Bottle for my protein shakes. It’s ideal for me for many reasons.

The Chug Mixer Bottle is going to be your new gym partner. I use it as a basic water bottle on days that I don’t go to the gym and as a mixer bottle on days that I do. This mixer bottle comes with a mixer ball that is easy to clean in the dishwasher. This bottle is different than your average mixer bottle for several reasons. For starters, it has a wide opening at the base of the lid for easy mixing and convenient measurement markings on the side. I can track how much water I’m drinking during my workout and also accurately measure my protein shake, when needed. Pro Tip: Anthony told me that a great way to carry my protein powder is to put it in a little ziploc bag. When I’m done with my workout, I just empty it out in the bottle, add water and presto! I’m getting my necessary post-workout protein.

I also love that the lid can be attached to the top of the bottle while drinking. I was a bit worried that I would lose the lid so this solves that problem.

This bottle is impact-resistant and is a cool slim design to fit in most car cupholders and in your gym bag. This is a win for New Yorkers because I carry all my stuff around with me for the day. The last thing I need is a bulky bottle to weigh me down all day before I hit the gym.

The Chug Mixer Bottle is your go-to mixer bottle for the gym. Click here to find out more about it.
