5 Foods To Boost Immunity: Learning From The #HealthiestYouEver Culturelle Community

This week, I learned something so absolutely fantastic and I cannot wait to share it with you. Have you joined Culturelle’s #HealthiestYouEver Community yet? You learn as you go – that’s the premise of the #HealthiestYouEver Community. And learning is so much fun! For every step you complete, you earn another entry into the grand prize drawing for a chance to win a Spa Retreat at Red Mountain Resort! Today, I did several activities to unlock level 4 including watching videos, taking quizzes and downloading helpful handouts to enable me to manage my sleep routine.
When you take a quiz online, even if your answer is correct, you get a detailed explanation as to why it’s correct. I always knew that chicken soup was good for the soul and for a head cold, but Culturelle told me why! I also always knew that it’s better to think positive and now I have research to back up my beliefs. AWESOME!

I also downloaded a great printable that can show me exactly what is causing sleeplessness. Did I drink too much caffeine the night before? Am I worried about upcoming travel? Now I will be able to look at it all in black and white. I just love this idea!
