My daughter has become obsessed with the show, Cupcake Wars. When I say that we’ve been binging on episodes for weeks and weeks thanks to Netflix, I wouldn’t be LYING. I’m actually SICK of cupcakes… but the underlying message is still the same. My daughter wants to cook. She wants to get her hands dirty. She is beginning to get the itch to make magic in the kitchen.
And she is looking to me to help her do just that.
LG believes that there are real benefits for families that celebrate togetherness in the kitchen. I just love this infographic that they made. It couldn’t have come at a better time! I promised my daughter this week would be our very first project together. At 10 years old, Natalie can help me with just about anything!
LG also announced this week that they partnered with the Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign to help end childhood hunger and educate families about healthy cooking and eating habits.
In addition to being a premier national partner of No Kid Hungry, LG has been named the official home appliance sponsor of Taste of the Nation, the premier culinary fundraiser series for No Kid Hungry, which brings together the nation’s top chefs, mixologists and tastemakers across the country.
