Ringing in the New Year with one plan in mind: to own it. I always heard that when you start dipping around 40, your mindset begins to change. Well, here I am!

2016 is all about new beginnings for me and I actually really mean that. This new pattern means that I have to let go of certain behaviors and I wanted to get these thought processes down in a post just in case you were all “new year, new me” as well.

Say No to trying to maintain a perfect life at home. Sometimes flour happens and it stinks when you are right in the middle of it all. But MAN it makes a great story later on.
