7 Must-Own Beauty Tools: Life Changers

Over the last few weeks, I ‘ve had the opportunity to test out some amazing beauty products and I wanted to give you a quick round up so you can try to snag them this shopping weekend.

After all, Black Friday / Cyber Monday is a shopper’s dream come true! I’m LITERALLY waking up every single day filled with anticipation and working out my game plan. I do ALL of my Christmas shopping this weekend – and at a significant reduction.

Must-Own Beauty Tools: Life Changers

So, if you still have some fabulous women on your list — these are the items I think you should consider.

Tria – Ok folks. I know plenty of women that use this product and are completely happy with the results. Count me in as one of them. I am OBSESSED with special facials (think microdermabrasion and any sort of peel your little mind can muster up), but I was always looking for an at-home tool that would show RESULTS.

Truth be told, years and years of endless purchases left me wanting… until now.  This age-defying laser restores the natural luminosity of your entire face and smooth hard-to-treat wrinkles in as little as 2 weeks.

Who doesn’t have two weeks?! Come on!

Conair  Quick Twist –  I’ve actually had HOUSE PARTIES for my daughter’s FRIENDS so we can use this easy tool. The Conair Quick Twist is ah-mazing. I don’t know how to use hair and now I look like I sort of do because after I press a button magic happens. Moms, if you are hair challenged – get this for your daughter and pretend it’s her present but really know it’s YOUR present!!! You will thank me later. I really love it.

Oh and PS – I use it on myself too. When I want to do something cute with the front of my hair and don’t feel like braiding it up… I turn to the Quick Twist. Seriously!

Amopé Pedi Perfect Electronic Pedicure Foot File – Guys… guys… guys… guys… do I have your attention? This tool gets my feet SMOOTHER than a pedicure. I am NOT kidding. I am OBSESSED with this foot file. It’s automatic and battery operated and I use it in between my pedicures to keep my soles smooth and soft. You will not believe how much dead skin comes off your heels. It’s borderline shocking!! Ok, maybe it’s just my feet.

GET THIS! I don’t care if it’s $30 bucks. I really don’t – you will use it for the rest of your life. And yes, it’s better than whatever you have in your shower. In fact, throw whatever you have in your shower away. You don’t need it anymore.

Beachwaver – Ok, another tool for people who don’t really KNOW how to do their hair. Are you seeing a trend? I need help in this department. It’s a professional rotating curling iron that does all the hard work for you and gives you the beach hair trend you desire with a click of a button. Easy as pie… pumpkin Thanksgiving pie! Woot!

The Wet Brush – Ok, my daughter and I have a ton of fine hair and it gets knotty pretty easily. We need a good brush! I have about a million of them and I found that this Wet Brush (which I bought for my daughter as a plea to get her to comb her hair most often but not really thinking it would actually work) really does the trick. I find myself reaching for it as well coming straight out of the shower.

SEPHORA COLLECTION Classic Natural Kabuki Brush – It took me 38 years to realize that the type of brush I was using ACTUALLY affected my makeup application. Yes, I’m a little slow with the learning. This Kabuki brush does wonders with my powder. Evens out my complexion and is great with both loose and compact powder.

Drybar Buttercup Blow Dryer  – Nothing beats a great blow out and when I can’t afford to head out to a salon, I have to make sure I have the right tool at home that won’t damage my hair during the process. I can get all technical and start talking about negative particles and ions and magic… but just trust me, it’s a great beauty tool to own. A perfect ask for the holidays.
