It’s Mom Challenge Monday!
We’re in LA together right now with Keurig taking part in some amazing Emmy Awards events. Yesterday morning, we took a yoga class with our group and had such a great experience. I’m SORE today – but we won’t get into that. LOL! Totally out of shape. Andrea Bogart was our teacher and she was simply amazing. It got us both thinking — this should be our “Mom Challenge” for the week.
If you’ve never tried yoga, go for it!
If you’re never just sat and listened to your breathing, go for it!
If you’ve never just sat and took your thoughts in for 5 or more minutes, go for it!
As moms, we ALL know finding a moment to do nothing is tough, but it doesn’t have to be long… just give yourself 5 minutes. You can find 5 minutes, right?
