Field Report: Gushing Over Fall at Alice+Olivia @alice_olivia

Do yourself a favor and once, before you die, spend some time in an Alice+Olivia store, if you haven’t already. Not only are you likely to fall madly in love with almost everything, you may learn quite a bit about gorgeous clothing. I had the pleasure of visiting the Alice+Olivia showroom to peruse the Fall and Holiday collections. I swear to you, if no-one was there, I would have become a first-time shop-lifter. Read on and you’ll understand why.

If you’re a typical NY gal and love a bit of leather with every outfit, you’re going to love this LBD. Forgiving in all the right places, this dress is your everyday outfit, paired with boots. Switch to pumps for a night out.

Trumpet skirts are for the young at heart.

Laser-cut leather layered over a creamy base creates a skirt that packs a major punch.

Looking for a coat that makes a statement? Look no further.

Leather fused into wool…I never thought I would see it.  I take that back. I never even imagined it possible. How?

You see a tulle skirt and you instantly think girlish ballerina. I hear you. Turn it around, though, and you get uber-sexy exposed back with a strip of black fabric. Hot!

How? I always ask this question when I visit the Alice+Olivia showroom. Sequins and studs and shredding that still looks cute? How do they do it?

I had to take a close-up picture of this flower detailing. LOVE!

Again, you see pleats, you think school-girl. Don’t. Done in a mature navy and blue stripe, this skirt screams for a white shirt and navy stiletto pumps. Office chic done right!

Ready to be the center of attention? Try it with bold florals.

The red carpet crowd are going to love this selection of gowns, done in fun colors and textures.
