My Legs Are Literally Shaking

I haven’t been to the gym in over a month. No joke. Life sort of got in the way but this morning I made sure to clear an hour from my day. I simply adore my teacher and she understands about my vertigo issues. There are a few positions I simply cannot do and she always gives me suggestions on how I should modify if I’m having an issue. Really appreciate that.

Well, I made it with 1 minute to spare, grabbed my mats and threw off my shoes. Mind you, I was in my pajamas – didn’t look as fancy as this chicky in the above pic. Whatever works, right?!

Anyway, she always changes the routine. And today… I had the best workout of my LIFE. My legs were literally shaking. I couldn’t believe it. I was sweating, almost gasping for breath and vibrating. When it was over – I felt SO GOOD. She did so much leg work (and my legs most certainly need some work).

Drove home with a smile! So very happy to have that class. Have you ever tried yoga? YOU ABSOLUTELY SHOULD!
