Shopping For New Eyeglasses? Check Out Frames From Home With EyeFly

Worst picture ever of me – but I didn’t feel like trying to find a better one at 8AM in the morning. πŸ™‚ So, I was searching the web looking for something cool to write about and came across EyeFly. It’s BlueFly’s little sister site and solely focuses on frames. I don’t wear glasses, but I LOVE the fact that you can try on how the frames will look using their upload tool.

All you have to do is upload a photo or snap one from your web camera. The site then gives you dozens of styles to choose from and “try on”. Brilliant!

PS – I’m so very happy I don’t need glasses because none of them worked with my face!! πŸ™‚

  1. I ordered some glasses online and used one of those “try them on” programs…they weren’t from eyefly, but somewhere similar. They were AWFUL! If a tiny spot of anything got on the lenses, they would have that “infinity” effect (where it looks like there are hundreds of them in a long line). And they were so wonky it would make me woozy. Lesson learned. lol

I always wind up loving funky frames that don’t look good on me. I’m envious of those who can wear them and look cute. I need lasik, man!
