How To Get Your Kids To Eat More Vegetables (VIDEO)

I’m lucky and happy to say that my kids DO eat vegetables. In fact, they eat more of a variety than I do. Natalie and Liam never really give me problems when it comes to eating healthy. Don’t get me wrong – they MUCH RATHER PERFER some chocolate. LOL!

However, the truth is I NEVER hit the recommended servings. And when I say NEVER I really mean it. That’s why when I saw Ella’s Kitchen had a presence at BlogHer, I jumped at the chance to get to know the brand.

Check out the options!

And check out what you WON’T find in the package:

NO added water
NO preservatives or thickeners
NO E numbers or GM
NO gluten, wheat, dairy or lactose
NO lumps or bits and nothing artificial
JUST yummy organic food for babies
Unsweetened and unsalted
Contains naturally occurring sugars

End result – Ella’s Kitchen is an easy way to throw a few extra veggies in your child’s diet without making a huge fuss about it. Liam needed a drink, so I gave him butternut squash carrots, apples + prunes– and he had NO ISSUES with it.
