Travel Tip: PSI Bands

I am FINALLY ready to take a cruise. I started to research my options yesterday and found PLENTY that leave out of NYC. However – I have benign positional vertigo and have always been afraid of taking the trip. I’m letting that all go! After all, we only live once right? What’s the worse that can happen? A few days of me being dizzy? I’m willing to give it a shot.

But I’m going to travel prepared. I’m talking an armory of supplies.

Check out these PSI bands from Travel Smith. They come in a variety of styles and will run you $19.95. Based on the principles of acupressure, they fend off nausea with gentle pressure on the wrist. Adjustable, reusable and waterproof. I’m in.

  1. Ooh! I love that these are waterproof. I have some fabric ones (that look like 80’s workout wrist bands – so ugly). They work wonderfully for motion sickness, but tend to get drenched when I wash my hands.
