‘Lady And The Blog’ Attends The Patricia Field ‘House Of Field Swimsational’ Disco Soiree

LATB attended the Patricia Field ‘House of Field Swimsational’ Disco Soiree in NYC. NY is officially in full SATC mode, as fans flocked to 230 Fifth to see the latest eyewear, swimwear and beach towels, presented along with Christian Siriano for Payless heels. If you’ve been living under a rock, Patricia Field is the mastermind behind the drool-inducing looks on Sex and the City.

She is known for creating separate, distinct style mavens of the 4 main characters of the show. Her latest collection of swimsuits was heavily influenced by the 80s. Full of glitz and glitter, the suits were daring and sexy. Just in time for summer, these are sure to draw all the attention to you.

Not for the faint of heart, each look held a bit of Patricia’s legendary wild flair. Patricia played with the classic monokini, doing entire pieces in glittery fabric in blue and silver. One turquoise blue was adorned with chunky jewels along the neck and waistline. If you’re not into monokinis, there was a gorgeous printed bikini with multiple straps at the hip. I loved the white swimsuit with chunky embellishments around the bust and across the tummy area. The first section of the party was a mannequin installment. Models then strutted their stuff, with shoes by Christian Siriano for Payless.

    1. I am pretty sure it can be purchased – though I am not sure of where if you don’t have access to the Village.
