The Tip I Got During My Last Facial That Changed My Skin Dramatically

As some of you may know, several months ago I started to take daily medication for migraines. Around the same time my face unfortunately began to break out and I just assumed this would be something I would have to deal with for the rest of my life.

I rather have bad skin and no migraines than the alternative.

However, when I went to get a facial a few weeks ago at the Red Door Spa, I was asked a question that changed my life. The woman asked me what kind of soap I was using when I washed my face. Specifically, she wanted to know if it was foamy or milky. At the time I was using a milky wash and she told me for the type of skin I had, it was the wrong choice.

I happened to have a sample at home of a foamy wash and decided to give it a shot. Well, in a matter of days my face almost entirely cleared up. I couldn’t believe that soap could be the cause of my acne! Who knew all soap wasn’t created equally? LOL

After spending the day with my friend Julia from Forty Weeks, I am now a converted ‘Fresh’ user. Their line is just amazing and I am so happy that it was brought to my attention. I’ve always loved their mascara – but their scrub and cleanser have dramatically changed my appearance. I hardly wear cover up anymore.

So, the lesson I want to share is your SOAP might be causing irritation. Just because it works for your friend doesn’t necessarily mean it will work for you. Consider all products you are using on your face because any one of them could be the culprit.
